Tracy’s independent practice enables him to access a broad spectrum of financial companies and an extensive network of financial partners, helping ensure he can provide the best solutions for his clients’ unique situations. Taking a fiduciary, client-centered approach, Tracy utilizes a detailed “get to know you” process. This includes a detailed financial background interview and developing and prioritizing goals for the short term, mid-term, long term, and even beyond to the next generation. He meets clients wherever they are in their current financial situation and helps them move forward. The most rewarding part of Tracy’s work is when a client looks him in the eyes and sincerely thanks him, and he has the opportunity to thank them in return.

Born in Appleton and raised in Hortonville, Wisconsin, Tracy earned his Bachelor of Science degree in paper science engineering with minors in math and chemistry from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point in 1990. In fact, Tracy’s career began as a production superintendent in the pulp and paper industry before he transitioned to financial services.

A resident of Wausau, Wisconsin for the past 32 years, Tracy is very active in his community. He volunteers with St. Michael’s Church, including the FOCCUS Marriage Ministries as well as assisting with the church’s fish fry events they used to host. He is also involved with the Lions Club, having served as president for three years, and participates in their annual fundraisers, including making their famous potato pancakes. Additionally, Tracy is a Knights of Columbus member. His community involvement reflects his commitment to giving back and ensuring a positive environment for future generations.

Married to his wife Kelly for 36 years, Tracy is a father to three children and a grandfather to two grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, golfing, gardening, biking, and bowling, as well as grilling and watching both non-fiction war movies and chick-flicks with his wife. Known both professionally and personally for his unwavering commitment to making people feel supported and valued, Tracy continually works to foster trust and build lifelong relationships. He feels his dedication to these core values helps ensure that his clients feel confident and secure in their financial journeys.
